Join us for a 4 week series focusing on restoring, rebuilding, and aligning your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy.
You will learn:
- basic alignment and anatomy of core and pelvic floor
- stretches that will assist in postural alignment focusing on hips, back, pelvic floor, and core
- how to identify and check if you have diastasis recti and what to do next
- simple exercises that build each week for lasting effects.
- an accountability Facebook group with additional tips, challenges, and helpful advice from Jen Byrne
