"I started doing prenatal yoga at Renew Mama Studio when I was 18 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have struggled with anxiety for most of my life and was looking for a way to help me through it without having to take medication (as doctors were pushing it) I can’t express how much I truly love my classes with Amanda. They are so relaxing and peaceful and make me feel so good both physically and mentally. I am constantly repeating her positive words she uses in class and doing the breathing routines at home. My anxiety is much better and I am proud to say, it is all without medication. My birth and recovery of my second child was much quicker and easier as well. Amanda is great and the girls in class are fun and sweet too. Definitely try out Renew Mama Studio, you’ll be glad you did!!"

Once I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted to continue my yoga practice, however I wanted to be sure to go somewhere that would help me practice yoga in a way that was safe for my pregnancy. After some searching, I found Renew Mama Studio through a friend. As soon as I attended my first class I knew I found my yoga home, not just for my pregnancy, but even after. The instructor Amanda, has so much knowledge about yoga in general as well as the use of yoga to help ensure a healthy pregnancy because of yoga but I also had an incredibly smooth delivery and I am confident that my yoga practice at Renew Mama helped make that possible. Now, almost 8 weeks postpartum, I am so excited to return to Renew Mama this week to continue my yoga practice and help continue to strength my mind and body! I highly recommend Renew Mama Studio, not only to pregnant women, but for anyone looking to improve their health and feel better mentally and physically.

What a wonderful place to be apart of! The mothers and kiddos really feel like family and it's so much fun getting to know everyone at the studio. Community, support, and love are felt each and every day from the incredible women that walk through the door! This is a great place for anyone looking to connect, relax, and feel welcomed into a community full of motherhood!

Being pregnant sure has its up and downs. The body is constantly changing on a day-to-day basis. There are tons of things that help for a short while, but the only thing that seems to consistently help with aches - prenatal yoga. It's wonderful to have a business that solely focuses on mama, both during and after pregnancy. Community is just such an important part of this journey. Amanda, the owner, is knowledgeable, friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and included. Couldn't ask for a better combination!

Do you know that feeling when your out in public and your baby/child starts the cry that will surely shatter glass and attract the angry glares of anyone in a one mile radius around you? How the instant heat of embarrassment washes over your body, the panic in deciding whether to run your screaming baby to the car and retreat home or try your arsenal of mom tricks to quiet them.. Well you won’t have that anxiety at Renew because it’s the most supportive and comfortable place to take your little screaming bundle of joy and you’ll be in good company with other understanding mommas. Great staff, caring instructors that call you and baby by name, good variety of classes, workshops and events and great resources for moms of all varieties.

We had our first experience this evening at the Mother/Daughter Yoga and Spa evening. We had an amazing time. The atmosphere is very peaceful and a lots of fun. My daughter enjoyed herself and even met a new friend. We look forward to more experiences here at Renew.
