Abdominals and Pelvic Floor Workshop$35
In this workshop we will discuss:
– The abdominal muscles and the affects of pregnancy abdominal separation (rectus diastatis); how to identify it and heal it after child birth
– Exercises that are safe and effective for connecting deep into the core (pelvic floor, abdominals, hips and back).
– Perfect for a mama that is looking to stabilize the core
– This class is for pregnant women, new moms, and anyone interested in learning about the abdominal muscles and pregnancy.
Many of our students who took this after having their baby said they wished they’d have come sooner – there is so much great info! You will go home with exercises you can continue to work on to re-build and stabilize the core. Jen will be available for questions as well after the workshop
