FREE Pelvic Floor & Ab Lab Class

From pelvic floor to deep abdominal and hip neuromuscular re-training, this 60 min class is lead by physical therapist and mother of 3, Shannon Lubs.
We will focus on progressive, functional retraining of the “entire core” where mama’s will learn safe strengthening exercises and how to rebuild their core muscles during daily activities such as lifting their baby. We will also learn how to recognize common postpartum conditions such as diastasis recti / pelvic floor dysfunction and discuss treatments. All postpartum mamas are welcome from 6 weeks+. It’s never too late to heal from pregnancy and childbirth / c-section!
