Prep, Practice, and Birth! Birth Partner Yoga Series
In this 6 week series we will focus on strengthening the connection between you and your birth partner through breath, movement, and mindful communication. This series is meant to help deepen your relationship with yourself and your birth partner while strengthening your partners confidence in their ability to comfort and support you through labor and delivery process.

*a chance for your birth partner to learn ways to comfort you now and in labor physically and emotionally
*partner yoga positions and breath work to help balance the body for the best positioning of baby
*learn the science behind rhythm as comfort for you and baby
*plus info on the role of a doula and instruction on baby wearing and how to use a rebozo through pregnancy and in labor!
It’s the best when you can take this series early on in pregnancy to use the tools throughout your pregnancy
